MEP Division
MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) is the installation of services that give building inhabitants a comfortable environment. These components are frequently created by specialised MEP engineering firms for use in residential and commercial structures.

ELV Division
Extra low voltage (ELV) is defined as a voltage of 120V or less, or 50V (AC RMS) (ripple-free DC). Low voltage (LV) is defined as a voltage that is higher than the ELV but lower than 1000V (AC RMS) or 1500V. (ripple-free DC). The following are included in the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems, but are not limited to: • A system for fire detection and alarm. • CCTV Security & Surveillance System. • System for access control.
- Audio Visual
- Background Music System
- Access control System
- Networking and CCTV
Health and Safety
Modern fire alarm systems use automatic processes to recognise situations that could start a fire. They automatically send a signal to the fire alarm panel after receiving it from a fire sensor (such as a smoke, heat, or carbon monoxide detector).
Central battery system for emergency lighting denotes the central provision of the emergency and exit lights' backup power source.
When an early warning system is needed and a quick response to a fire is required, VESDA Systems aspirate smoke detection. A high efficiency aspirator is used by VESDA to continuously pull air into the pipe network. Then, a dual stage filter is used to filter a portion of this air.

Civil Division
The majority of civil work is fixed to a home and cannot be easily modified. Floor Tiling, painting, bathroom remodelling, knocking down any walls, repairing the kitchen platform, electrical work, etc. are all included in this. Compared to other tasks like kitchen and furniture assembly, it is typically messier and more tedious.

Home and Building Automation
A smart home or smart house is a residence that has been automated through home automation, often known as domotics. Lighting, climate, entertainment systems, and appliances are just a few examples of the house features that a home automation system may monitor and/or regulate. It might also contain elements of home security like alarm systems and access control.
